By using Plate Rally, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
Safe use
Do not use Plate Rally while driving. Only log or review plates when safely parked or as a passenger. Follow local traffic, privacy, trespass, and device-use laws.
License
Plate Rally grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app on supported Apple devices. Plate Rally content, branding, design, and software remain the property of their respective owners.
Plate information
Plate images, classifications, and descriptions are provided for identification and entertainment. They may be incomplete or change over time and should not be treated as official motor-vehicle records.
Purchases
Premium is purchased through Apple. Pricing, taxes, refunds, family sharing, and payment processing are governed by Apple's storefront terms. Restore Purchases can recover an eligible entitlement for the Apple Account that bought it.
Availability and warranty
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features and plate data may be changed, corrected, or discontinued.
